To help you find rest, relaxation, and inner balance, we are introducing 30-minute Guided Meditations set against beautiful backdrops like the forest, the water’s edge, or even under a full moon.
You can explore the healing power of breath with our Guided Breathwork sessions designed to reset your nervous system, or experience deeply restorative Sound Bowl meditations that use vibration to calm tension and foster energetic harmony.
We even offer combination packs that blend these experiences together for ultimate relaxation.
For a whole-person healing approach, guests can now book individual or group Bodytalk sessions to restore physical and emotional balance, or gain deeper inner perspective through Tarot and Numerology readings.
Of course, our connection to the outdoors remains at the heart of what we do. Local facilitators and site managers, Adrian and Jess, are leading our new immersive experiences, both in wellness and outdoor exploration.
You can join a Biologist for a 1.5-hour Guided Forest Walk to discover the interconnectedness of the natural world and practice “earthing” to ground your spirit
Alternatively, spend time by the river learning to fish, read the water, and understand the aquatic ecosystem
