I have always had a strong connection and love of building community through time in nature, conversation, and arts. As many of you may know, aside from working at and then owning Hunter Valley Adventures, I have also had a career in education where my roles have included teacher, guidance counsellor, and assistant principal. In addition, I am a certified Life Coach who has taken training in mindfulness, solution focused approaches, building resiliency through attachment, creating working alliances, and positive psychology. I have completed my Level 2 training in Reiki and am a recreational explorer of the arts.

While rafting, these elements of myself have always been intertwined in everything I do out at Hunter Valley Adventures and how we design our space – working in relationship with the natural environment around us to create a welcoming environment. Coming to Hunter Valley Adventures truly does feel like coming home for many people.

It is this that has inspired the direction we are now headed. We have been working hard behind the scenes to create our regular updated offerings. I hope you are as excited as I am about what is coming up for Hunter Valley Adventures! Thank you for being a part of our journey and a part of our community – we are here because of you.

If you got this far, thanks so much for taking the time! I truly do recognize how valuable time is and appreciate you gifting us some of yours.

In gratitude,

Kelly
